I've done almost every diet that exists and let me tell you, without will power, NONE of them work.
Trying to lose weight with rules is really a waste of time and in the end your body pays for it.
So basically, I'm giving up on dieting. I'm hoping that eating healthier and cutting down on snacking combined with some exercise will do the trick.
Oh and did I mention that I've been trying to go vegan for a couple of years now?
I've made a few mistakes along the way.....
I'd say I'm 99.9% there and my failures are usually something like mayonnaise or the wrong bread by mistake, it's not easy reading all the labels out there...
I'll try to post my favourite recipes whenever I have a few minutes so keep a lookout!
